Custom Web Software

DockiShip is a warehouse and fulfillment platform that connects the work around a product, from supplier purchasing and receiving to stock management and customer orders. Company owners, staff and suppliers use views suited to their responsibilities.

TikTok and Temu order integrations sit alongside shipping and tracking tools. Product reports, reorder preparation and selected mobile workflows help teams work with the same operational information across the office and warehouse.

The challenge

An order depends on more than its shipping status. Product variants, available stock, supplier receipts, labels, costs and returns all affect what a warehouse team can do next. DockiShip brings these relationships into a consistent workflow while keeping each company’s operations and staff permissions in context.

Our approach

We built linked workspaces for inventory, purchasing and orders, supported by warehouse records, role permissions and marketplace integrations. Receiving updates purchasing and stock together; fulfillment keeps label and pickup requirements with the order; physical counts have a review path before inventory adjustments are approved.

The outcome

Connected catalog

Products and warehouse stock

Variants, warehouses and stock movements stay related to the purchasing and order workflows that use them.

Receiving in context

Purchasing and inventory

Supplier orders, receipts, payments and returns have dedicated tools alongside their stock and cost context.

Defined fulfillment

Orders through dispatch

Labels, packing, pickup, tracking and exceptions form a connected operational workflow.

Role-aware access

Owners, staff and suppliers

Company scope and permissions shape the views and actions available to each user.

HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

From incoming stock to outgoing orders

01

Prepare the purchase

Create a supplier purchase order, select products and variants, and keep shipment and purchasing details together.

02

Receive and reconcile

Receive items into the relevant warehouse and update the related stock and cost records. Review physical counts through the verification queue.

03

Work the order

Review incoming orders, labels and item details, then progress through the permitted packing and pickup actions.

04

Follow through

Track shipment progress, handle returns or reshipments, and use product reports to review stock and eligible reorder suggestions.

A CLOSER LOOK

Connected at the points that matter

Inventory with its operational context

Product variants, warehouses, purchase receipts and order items share related stock information. Transfers and reconciliation give staff tools for everyday movement, while a separate count queue, approval view and history support physical verification.

Fulfillment beyond a status label

Order screens bring labels, pickup requirements, tracking and exception handling into the same workflow. Returns and reshipments remain linked to the order, with stock and cost rules considered as part of those actions. Marketplace connections bring TikTok and Temu orders into that operational flow.

Appropriate tools for each team

Owners, permissioned staff and supplier users have distinct entry points and responsibilities. Selected mobile tools let authorized users review orders, perform supported fulfillment updates and count or approve stock, using the same company and permission context as the web application.

Still have a question?

Tell us what’s on your mind. We’re happy to talk through the next step.

Let’s talk
What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses and teams that need clearer ways to manage their operations. Our public portfolio includes healthcare administration, HR, logistics, event coordination, restaurant operations, education, and wellness.

Can you improve an existing system?

Yes. We can start by reviewing your current software, workflow, and technical setup. From there, we can recommend a focused improvement, a new integration, or a phased rebuild based on what is worth keeping.

Do we need a detailed specification before we talk?

No. Bring the problem, a few examples of the current process, and the outcome you want. We can help turn those into a clear scope and practical next steps.

How long will our project take?

Timing depends on the scope, integrations, content, and review process. After discovery, we agree on the first release and share a delivery plan. A focused first version is often the best place to start.

How do you work out the project cost?

We estimate the work after understanding your goals and the features needed for the first release. The proposal explains the scope, delivery stages, and any separate hosting, service, or maintenance costs.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

We can assess integrations with your existing forms, databases, APIs, CRMs, payment services, and other tools. Feasibility depends on the access and integration options each provider offers.

Will we be able to update this website ourselves?

Yes. This website is built around editable content and reusable sections. Your team can manage services, projects, articles, FAQs, images, and approved testimonials through the admin panel. New kinds of layouts or features can be added when you need them.

What happens after launch?

We can plan support, maintenance, and further improvements with you. The support scope, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are agreed separately so expectations stay clear.
