Custom Web Software

eClinicAssist brings practices, facilities, providers and their supporting information into a shared administrative workspace. Teams can move from organization and provider records to onboarding, credentialing and operational follow-up with the relevant context in view.

Guided intake supports document collection and review before information is applied to live records. Credentialing, collection and authorization workspaces provide their own tasks, logs, assignments and reporting, with role permissions and limited collaboration flows controlling participation.

The challenge

Healthcare administration involves related practices, facilities, providers and documents, with different people responsible for collecting information, reviewing it and following up. The product needs to make those relationships clear, distinguish submitted information from approved records, and give each team an appropriate view of its work.

Our approach

We connected a shared directory with guided intake, document review, credentialing tasks and dedicated revenue-cycle workspaces. OTP-protected submission and correction flows support outside participants, while internal users work through scoped records, review decisions, status updates and reports.

The outcome

Connected directory

Practices, facilities and providers

Related records and supporting information give administrative teams a shared organizational context.

Reviewed onboarding

Collection through finalization

Invitations, submissions, corrections and conversion form a defined intake workflow.

Visible follow-up

Credentialing and daily queues

Tasks, status, notes and supporting documents keep operational work attached to the relevant record.

Scoped collaboration

Staff and invited participants

Role permissions, entity scope and purpose-specific sharing shape how users participate.

HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

From invitation to reviewed records

01

Prepare and invite

Create an intake, set the information and credential requirements, and send an invitation to the submitter.

02

Complete the information

The submitter verifies access with OTP, adds organization and provider details, uploads requested documents and submits the intake.

03

Review and correct

Internal reviewers inspect the submission, record item decisions and request corrections or delegated provider completion where needed.

04

Apply and follow up

Apply reviewed information and convert the intake into directory records, then continue relevant credentialing and administrative follow-up.

A CLOSER LOOK

A clearer path through administrative work

Connected organizations and people

The directory links practices, facilities, providers and contacts with their supporting information. Teams can understand the relationships around a record and maintain documents, credentials and activity within the relevant administrative context.

A deliberate review boundary

Intake separates information gathering from finalization. Submitters have focused completion and correction flows, while internal reviewers can inspect items, request missing information and apply approved changes. Progress, reminders and provider completion requests help the team keep the submission moving.

Workspaces built for follow-up

Credentialing combines tasks, requirements, workflow steps and document reports. Collection supports assignments, batches, saved views and validated imports; authorization tracking adds status, attachments and controlled sharing. Each workspace provides tools that reflect the work being handled.

Still have a question?

Tell us what’s on your mind. We’re happy to talk through the next step.

Let’s talk
What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses and teams that need clearer ways to manage their operations. Our public portfolio includes healthcare administration, HR, logistics, event coordination, restaurant operations, education, and wellness.

Can you improve an existing system?

Yes. We can start by reviewing your current software, workflow, and technical setup. From there, we can recommend a focused improvement, a new integration, or a phased rebuild based on what is worth keeping.

Do we need a detailed specification before we talk?

No. Bring the problem, a few examples of the current process, and the outcome you want. We can help turn those into a clear scope and practical next steps.

How long will our project take?

Timing depends on the scope, integrations, content, and review process. After discovery, we agree on the first release and share a delivery plan. A focused first version is often the best place to start.

How do you work out the project cost?

We estimate the work after understanding your goals and the features needed for the first release. The proposal explains the scope, delivery stages, and any separate hosting, service, or maintenance costs.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

We can assess integrations with your existing forms, databases, APIs, CRMs, payment services, and other tools. Feasibility depends on the access and integration options each provider offers.

Will we be able to update this website ourselves?

Yes. This website is built around editable content and reusable sections. Your team can manage services, projects, articles, FAQs, images, and approved testimonials through the admin panel. New kinds of layouts or features can be added when you need them.

What happens after launch?

We can plan support, maintenance, and further improvements with you. The support scope, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are agreed separately so expectations stay clear.
