Custom Web Software

WhatsApp Worker provides a shared transport layer for connected business applications. It handles account linking, sender sessions, queued messages, delivery updates and incoming replies, allowing each application to keep its own customer and workflow rules.

Messages carry application references and duplicate-request keys. Connection recovery and operating limits are managed by the worker, while an operator view provides visibility into connected numbers and queue status. Replies and receipts return to the application through durable webhooks.

The challenge

Several business applications may need messaging without each rebuilding connection handling, delivery queues and reply routing. Shared sending numbers also need consistent ownership, pacing and visibility across those applications.

Our approach

We built a separate messaging worker with application-facing APIs, durable queues, sender checks, delivery receipts and reply webhooks. Business rules remain in the application that requests the message.

The outcome

Reusable

Messaging transport

Connected applications share the transport while retaining their own business rules.

Durable

Delivery queues

Queued messages and delivery state are recorded for follow-up and recovery.

Scoped

Sender ownership

Messages identify their application and expected sending number.

Connected

Replies and receipts

Incoming events return to the responsible application through webhooks.

HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

How an application uses the worker

01

Connect a sender

Link an account and associate the sending number with the application that will use it.

02

Queue the message

Submit the recipient, expected sender and message with a key that identifies duplicate requests.

03

Follow delivery

Process the queue with sender checks, operating limits and connection recovery controls.

04

Return the response

Send receipts and incoming replies back to the responsible application through its webhook.

A CLOSER LOOK

A shared transport with clear ownership

Separate messaging from business rules

The worker handles sessions, message construction and transport. Attendance rules, campaign eligibility, customer identity and human follow-up stay with the application, keeping the messaging service reusable.

Make delivery state visible

Durable queues, message identifiers and receipt updates provide a record that applications can query. Connection recovery retains queued work, and uncertain sends are held for reconciliation rather than blindly repeated.

Support several connected applications

Application references keep messages and replies associated with their consumer. Shared sender limits, duplicate-request handling and recipient suppression apply across the transport, with operator controls for connection status.

Still have a question?

Tell us what’s on your mind. We’re happy to talk through the next step.

Let’s talk
What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses and teams that need clearer ways to manage their operations. Our public portfolio includes healthcare administration, HR, logistics, event coordination, restaurant operations, education, and wellness.

Can you improve an existing system?

Yes. We can start by reviewing your current software, workflow, and technical setup. From there, we can recommend a focused improvement, a new integration, or a phased rebuild based on what is worth keeping.

Do we need a detailed specification before we talk?

No. Bring the problem, a few examples of the current process, and the outcome you want. We can help turn those into a clear scope and practical next steps.

How long will our project take?

Timing depends on the scope, integrations, content, and review process. After discovery, we agree on the first release and share a delivery plan. A focused first version is often the best place to start.

How do you work out the project cost?

We estimate the work after understanding your goals and the features needed for the first release. The proposal explains the scope, delivery stages, and any separate hosting, service, or maintenance costs.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

We can assess integrations with your existing forms, databases, APIs, CRMs, payment services, and other tools. Feasibility depends on the access and integration options each provider offers.

Will we be able to update this website ourselves?

Yes. This website is built around editable content and reusable sections. Your team can manage services, projects, articles, FAQs, images, and approved testimonials through the admin panel. New kinds of layouts or features can be added when you need them.

What happens after launch?

We can plan support, maintenance, and further improvements with you. The support scope, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are agreed separately so expectations stay clear.
