The challenge
Adding AI to several applications requires more than a prompt. Each application needs defined capabilities, appropriate context, predictable result formats and a way to follow work without losing control over access or usage.
A configurable AI execution service with application context, structured results and reviewable workflows.

Codex Worker gives connected applications a consistent way to request a defined AI capability. Administrators publish instructions, model policies and output schemas. Applications supply text, images or files, with scoped knowledge and registered read-only tools where configured.
Execution records expose progress, structured results and usage. The service also supports continuing conversations. A separate PMO coding workflow connects requirement review, repository analysis and approved changes in isolated workspaces, with explicit release controls.
Adding AI to several applications requires more than a prompt. Each application needs defined capabilities, appropriate context, predictable result formats and a way to follow work without losing control over access or usage.
We built a shared execution service around the official Codex SDK and App Server, with published capabilities, scoped knowledge, asynchronous jobs, structured output and administrative controls. A separate PMO integration adds approval stages for repository work.
Published capabilities
Instructions, model policy and expected output are configured before use.
Application context
Knowledge, attachments and conversations follow their configured application boundaries.
Usable results
Schema-constrained output gives applications a predictable response format.
Execution records
Progress, usage and context evidence stay attached to the work.
Publish instructions, model policy, permitted context and the expected output structure.
The application supplies its request, attachments and the scoped knowledge available to that execution.
Track asynchronous progress and usage, continue the conversation or cancel work when needed.
Return the structured response to the application and retain the execution record for review.
Published capabilities define the instructions, model choices and output schema before execution. Application identities, scoped knowledge and optional tenant controls keep the requested context tied to the caller.
Text, image and file inputs can produce schema-constrained responses. Durable execution records expose events, context evidence and usage, while continuing conversations support work that takes more than one exchange.
The PMO integration adds requirement approval, read-only repository analysis and plan approval before implementation in isolated workspaces. Configured checks and release review keep production actions explicit and permission-controlled.
We'll schedule a call to discuss your idea. After discovery sessions, we'll send a proposal, and upon approval, we'll get started.

We work with businesses and teams that need clearer ways to manage their operations. Our public portfolio includes healthcare administration, HR, logistics, event coordination, restaurant operations, education, and wellness.
Yes. We can start by reviewing your current software, workflow, and technical setup. From there, we can recommend a focused improvement, a new integration, or a phased rebuild based on what is worth keeping.
No. Bring the problem, a few examples of the current process, and the outcome you want. We can help turn those into a clear scope and practical next steps.
Timing depends on the scope, integrations, content, and review process. After discovery, we agree on the first release and share a delivery plan. A focused first version is often the best place to start.
We estimate the work after understanding your goals and the features needed for the first release. The proposal explains the scope, delivery stages, and any separate hosting, service, or maintenance costs.
We can assess integrations with your existing forms, databases, APIs, CRMs, payment services, and other tools. Feasibility depends on the access and integration options each provider offers.
Yes. This website is built around editable content and reusable sections. Your team can manage services, projects, articles, FAQs, images, and approved testimonials through the admin panel. New kinds of layouts or features can be added when you need them.
We can plan support, maintenance, and further improvements with you. The support scope, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are agreed separately so expectations stay clear.
